AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We use Australia Post delivery. This is a registered service which can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au/track/

We offer free shipping on all orders over $149 within Australia.

Estimated delivery times are from 2-7 days. 

This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office.

This service can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address. 

FREE LOCAL ADELAIDE DELIVERY 

We offer free shipping on all orders within Adelaide Metro Area. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

We use Australia Post for all international deliveries. This is charged at a flat rate of $25.00 per parcel to New Zealand, and $35.00 to all other international destinations. 

Deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive if they are held up in customs. Also, Covid19 disruptions are causing some further delays in some areas.

Please note:  We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
